Will S4I start the school operations only after the entire infrastructure is in place or it will start the school operations once the basic infra structure is in place?

The school will be built in three phases, the first phase is for building the physical training, Sports facilities, stadium, community Center, Kitchen, Media center, Environmental Center, Rural Health Center, Rural Economic Zone, and administrative complex.

The second phase will be to build the secondary school, Special Children School, and the third phase will be for the middle and primary school.

The above could be modified in a given district based on local conditions and needs.
